This was my third trip to India with EAZE Tours. We traveled in a small group (4 ppl) for our first visit to India. Itinerary was proposed by Mr Manoj Singh of EAZE TOURS. He was very receptive to our suggestions and request and worked smoothly with us to ensure we would be able to see as much as possible during our two weeks there . He proposed excellent accommodations keeping in our budget and was amenable to reserve different hotels when we requested to do so! The local guides at each destinations were pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. They were also flexible to re-arrange itinerary to accommodate our interest and unexpected circumstances. As with Mr Singh, each of the guides were very proud of their country and eager to share their enthusiasm. Want to make special mention of the drivers, particularly Thomas who spent five days with us. They were uniformly helpful, pleasant even with the long days on the road. This was our first trip to India and thanks to the professionalism of Mr Singh and his crew, we would be happy to return and visit a different part of this amazing country! My wife and I just returned from our first amazing trip to India. As travellers know, when it comes to travelling to third world countries, a local agent really is a necessity. We were recommended to Eaze Tours by good friends . Right from the first stages of planning our trip we found Mr Manoj Singh to be a true professional travel agent. All emails were promptly replied to. All details were taken care of. Together with Eaze Tours we determined an itinerary of the places we wanted to see. I recently went with a group from Albuquerque, NM USA to various places in South India. The group tour was from November 10, 2019, to November 22. In addition, I traveled on my own in North India. In summary, the arrangement made by Manoj was excellent, and Manoj was with us throughout the whole period of the tours. He was a clear communicator. He informed everyone of the arrangements, the timing and the plans for the day. This resulted in a smooth passage of the day and avoided confusion. He was always available to answer questions. The buses were of good quality and punctual. Arrangements for water and breaks were very appropriate. We were informed in advance of the duration of each trip. The hotels chosen for us to stay in were of high quality and standard. At the time of the check-in, the hotel staff had our keys and rooms prepared, and there were very few delays. At each tourist site, we had excellent guides. They were knowledgeable about the historical sites and also about the history, culture, and economics of the area we were in. At one point our flight was canceled. Manoj brought his entire staff to pitch in. They arranged for alternative buses and found an alternative flight for the entire group. He kept us informed and guided us through the somewhat chaotic Indian Airports. In the end, he arranged for a grand farewell dinner with live music and dancing, which was fun. As I said, I also needed separate flights and ground transportation apart from the group. This too was done smoothly and without a hitch. I would recommend Manoj and Eazetours very strongly to any traveler to India.

Eaze Tours provided our group of four with the very best of everything - Manoj Singh truly made this a trip to remember. We particularly appreciated the way in which Manoj helped us plan the itinerary, listening to our requests and advising us accordingly. From the time he met us on arrival at the airport, with garlands, to our last hotel three hours outside Delhi when he accompanied us to make sure everything would be as we wished, Manoj took care of every detail. We have never enjoyed such attention, pampering and service. We were even treated to a complimentary anniversary dinner. All the hotels were perfect, (except for one when Manoj swiftly and seamlessly moved us into another hotel at no inconvenience to us); our driver was always on time, smiling, helpful and kept the car clean and stacked with mineral water; the guides we had in each city were professional and answered our many questions about Indian society. Warmly recommend you consider using Eaze Tours to plan any visit to India - as part of a larger group, or as one or two couples. We look forward to our return to continue exploring this incredible country.

EAZE Tours and Manoj Singh helped us arrange a most amazing trip to northern India. Before our trip we consulted frequently with Manoj and he helped us organise the itinerary, travel and hotels. We had local guides in each destination. Our main driver Thomas was always punctual and polite, the car was spotless and he was happy to take us anywhere we wanted even if it was not on the itinerary. All the guides were knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. In each city a local rep met us and made sure that we checked in to our hotel without any problem. Even when a problem arose the local guide together with Manoj managed the situation and we were able to continue with our touring as planned. We were most impressed with the level of organisation. We highly recommend Manoj Singh and EAZE tours and will hopefully use him again in the future.

Eaze Tours did a fine job on our tour despite having to deal with a closed airport and some extensive bus travel. However, the most impressive piece was what a small group of us did before the tour. India is an intense, richly rewarding and challenging place to visit, and a knowledgeable, client-oriented local tour operator is essential to getting the most out of a visit to any portion of this vast subcontinent. On two occasions, EAZE Tours arranged tours for an educational group to which I belong, the Albuquerque International Association. The first was the classic Golden Triangle -- New Delhi, Jaipur, Agra (the Taj Mahal), Varanasi, and other sites. our more recent two-week tour, completed just before Thanksgiving, took in Mumbai, Goa and the remarkable but lesser-known (to Westerners) ancient cave temples and monuments of India's exotic Southwest, including the ancient city of Hampi. At every site, the local guides arranged by EAZE were outstanding, true experts who spoke clear English and offered insights well beyond what we could find in guidebooks. All our hotels were comfortable; many with a lovely sense of place. The food was delicious. Our drivers and their assistants were skillful and gracious. Among the highlights of the trip were serendipitous interactions with the warm and generous Indian people. We even got to watch the set-ups for two weddings! For those in our group who hadn't been on the previous trip, EAZE arranged private after-tours. The company's founder and director, Manoj Singh, is a superb ambassador for the country he clearly loves so well, and his office staff worked tirelessly to make the trip unforgettable.

Eaze organized two different tours for us in the north west state of Uttarakhand. Trekking in India is not like Nepal where you have tea houses to stay in and have your meal cooked as well. All our gear had to be carried in and Harshit (owner of Eaze Tours) organized this for us. I was very impressed with his organization and in fact he accompanied us to Rishikesh to introduce us to the team that was going to look after us make sure we happy with the proceedings.
